You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms, including on behalf of any organization you represent.

ORIENT™ provides keynote speaking, performance regulation education, and related digital tools, including:

• The Inner Audit™ — a self-assessment and reflection tool
• Clarity Protocols™ — structured frameworks for performance and clarity development
• /learn — a library of educational courses and content
• Keynote and speaking engagement booking and inquiry services

ORIENT may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Certain features (such as /learn courses) may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Prices for courses and services are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
• Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card information.
• Refund Policy: Digital course and program purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
• Access to purchased courses is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ORIENT™, The Inner Audit™, Clarity Protocols™, and all related logos, names, course content, written materials, video content, frameworks, and graphics are the exclusive property of Mindful Culture Creators and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course content or proprietary frameworks without authorization
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or disruptive technology
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the Services

If you submit testimonials, feedback, reviews, or other content to ORIENT, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with marketing and promotion of the Services, including on the website and in promotional materials. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your submission does not violate any third party's rights.

Content provided through the Services, including The Inner Audit™, Clarity Protocols™, and /learn courses, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any reference to professional credentials (e.g., CPA, MBA) reflects the speaker's background and is not an offer to provide services within those professional capacities through this platform. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING THE INNER AUDIT™ OR CLARITY PROTOCOLS™) WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDFUL CULTURE CREATORS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindful Culture Creatorsfrom any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
