How ORIENT collects, uses, and protects your information.
Mindful Culture Creators(“ORIENT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ORIENT™ platform, including The Inner Audit™, Clarity Protocols™, the /learn course library, and related keynote, coaching, and educational services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1.Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact details submitted through forms (name, email address, phone number, organization, job title)
- Inquiries submitted for keynote bookings, speaking engagements, or consulting services
- Responses, inputs, or self-assessment data submitted through The Inner Audit™ or Clarity Protocols™ tools
- Account information if you register for /learn courses (name, email, login credentials)
- Payment and billing information when purchasing courses or services (processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details)
- Testimonials, reviews, or feedback you voluntarily submit
- Newsletter or mailing list sign-up information
- Any other information you choose to provide via email or contact forms
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, click activity)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)
2.How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information about keynotes, courses, or services
- Process course enrollments, purchases, and provide access to /learn content
- Deliver, personalize, and improve The Inner Audit™ and Clarity Protocols™ experience
- Manage customer relationships through our CRM system
- Send administrative communications, confirmations, and (where you've opted in) marketing communications
- Analyze site usage to improve content, navigation, and overall user experience
- Maintain the security and integrity of our Services
- Comply with legal obligations
3.Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following categories of third-party service providers to operate the Services. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:
- Customer relationship management (Zoho CRM): to store and manage lead and contact information submitted through inquiry forms
- Email delivery (EmailJS): to facilitate contact form submissions and transactional emails
- Backend infrastructure and data storage (Firebase): to support account data, course progress, and platform functionality
- Hosting and deployment (Vercel): to host and serve the website
- Payment processing (Zoho Payments): to securely process course and service payments
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics and similar analytics tools): to understand aggregate site usage
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5.Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information:
- With the service providers listed in Section 3, solely to operate the Services
- If required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of ORIENT, our users, or the public

9.Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10.International Users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
