MY MISSION

To create a next-level workplace vibe where mindfulness drives belonging, resilience, and peak performance for mentally healthy leaders.

Fifteen years into my career, I found myself stuck in a toxic work environment where my credentials were constantly questioned, and my voice was straight-up ignored. #WorstVibeEver.

My connection to my work and passion for my career plummeted, and I was on the brink of quitting and becoming another talented woman of color lost to an unsupportive workplace. But instead of throwing in the towel, I decided to flip the script. I embarked on a journey to reclaim my connection—starting with myself, then extending it to my team.

At the time, I was also grieving the loss of my dad while navigating the challenges of being a new mom. The stress was overwhelming. A friend, seeing what I was going through, recommended meditation to help me cope. What started as a simple practice turned out to be a game-changer. I began to see my work environment differently—less judgment, more possibility. My productivity skyrocketed, barriers came down, and I reconnected with my team, which eventually led to a well-deserved promotion. (Hell yeah!)

That experience lit a fire in me to help others facing similar challenges. I realized that true leadership is about cultivating belonging, connection, resilience, and adaptability. This is the formula that drives peak performance. Today, I work with organizations to transform disconnection into belonging and stress into strength.

Through my keynotes, leadership development programs, and employee engagement experiences, I empower leaders and teams to not just survive change but to thrive through it, driving peak performance and creating vibrant, connected cultures.
